God Shows His Glory

... In the midst of Gloom... In the middle of Grief... And in his Multiplied Greatness. These were the things talked about in church this morning. Bible verses were about the escape of Israel from Egypt (Exodus 14:1-31).

I can relate this message to an event in my life which happened NOT VERY long ago. Sometimes you become confident that everything is being taken cared for and everything's in place, without knowing that the enemy is already ambushing you. And even though you realize the gravity of the situation, and no matter how huge the obstacle may be. There is a BIGGER God.

"So he had his chariot made ready and took his army with him. He took sixhundred of the best chariots, along with all the other chariots of Egypt, with officers over all of them." (Exodus 14:6-7)

"That day, the Lord saved Israel from the hands of the Egyptians" (Exodus 14:30)

The Lord has shown me His glory!!!... Again.

Lynx Montenegro

Lynx, the family cat, passed away this morning. He was confined at his vet's clinic yesterday for observation since he was feeling unwell. It was then discovered that he was having some kind of kidney failure. Today is a sad day... He will surely be missed.

A day in Makati

Hello! Yesterday, the family checked-in at the Dusit Hotel in Ayala Makati. No special reason. Just an overnight stay. The camera was brought so it was an oportunity to practice my photographing skills. If I have any. Hehehe.
Everyone's here except me, taking the photo:

Weekend fireworks in Ayala Center (hotel room point of view):

The same evening, went down to the San Miguel lounge where my friend's band was playing. I don't listen to Hip-Hop but I would advise the men to take their women to K24/7's shows. Oah Yeah!:

The Drummer, Anthony Dio, is a fellow "Ex - DLSU Pops Orchestra member". We used to jam Heavy Metal on our freetime. He's now wooing the ladies with their R&B Hip-Hop sounds. Daog!

Hello and Goodbye

I just got home from Alabang Town Center and Festival mall. It's nice to know that I still know how to commute in the area. I was looking for small binders that I'm gonna use for my charts for my flight simming hobby. Unfortunately, I didn't find any that fits my needs.

Instead, I came across a music store. I fell inlove instantly when I saw in their window this lovely guitar. The
Ibanez RGA121! I'm trying not to sound too technical so just click on the link for the specs. I almost cried not when I realized it was true love but when I saw the price tag... I also checked their peavey amps and saw the one my friend, Luigi, was telling me about. Peavey Studio Pro 112.

Oh yeah, I'm still recovering from the goodbyes and farewells of my friends in cebu last weekend, as they are going back to their home country. I told them I wont miss them... Hahaha! I'm also recovering from the pimple-slash-boil on my forehead also from last weekend. Badtrip, it's killing me! Seldom I get pimples but when I do... Hehehe.

Anyway, I will be using this blog as a gateway to my album because I was having slight problems with my yahoo photos. Medyo namamahay pa ako dito so please bear with me as I'm still learning the ins and outs around here. Welcome!
